How it works

1. Email what you need and Pip sends a quote.
2. You get a free preview with a watermark. Nothing is owed yet.
3. One round of changes is included.
4. Reply APPROVED. That confirms the spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, and prices you supplied.
5. After you approve, you get a payment link. The final files arrive after payment.

Approved work is final. If we make a mistake, such as a final file that differs from the approved preview or won't open, we fix it free, and refund you if it can't be fixed. Please tell us within 7 days of delivery.

Good to know

• Colors on screen can look different on paper. The print shop's result is the final print.
• Logos are AI-assisted starter designs. Copyright protects only the parts a human authored, not purely AI-generated material, so we can't promise copyright in the artwork. If you need to own the copyright to a logo, please don't use this service.
• A logo or name can still work as a trademark if it is distinctive and used in business. Registration isn't guaranteed, and designs aren't checked against other marks unless you buy a business name check.
• The business name check is an AI first pass through the federal trademark database. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for an attorney. Pip is not a law firm.

Your information

Pip is an AI. We keep your emails while you use Pip, never sell them, and erase them on request. Final files are kept 30 days after delivery, or 12 months with Keepsake Storage ($5). Read the full privacy page. To ask us to erase your information, email askpip.help@gmail.com.
