1. What is Pip?
Pip is an AI assistant you reach by email. Send a question and Pip writes back. Pip answers business and everyday questions, explains emails and documents in plain language, and shares small business how-tos. For a fee, Pip can also make flyers, logos, and one page websites, and run a preliminary business name check.
2. How do I use Pip?
Email askpip.help@gmail.com with your question. That's it. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
3. Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. No signup, no account, and no password. Just email.
4. What does Pip cost?
Questions are free: 3 per person each week. Paid services: one page flyer, $25. Starter logo, $49. One page website, $150. Business name check, $49 per name. Keepsake Storage, $5, which keeps your finished files for 12 months (up to 250 MB). Flyers, logos, websites, and name checks are quoted first, and you get a free preview before you pay.
5. What happens after my 3 free questions?
The count resets after a week, so you can ask again then. If you'd like more answers sooner, 10 extra questions are $5 and good for 30 days. Pip's reply will include the payment link.
6. What can I ask Pip?
Business and everyday questions, plain language breakdowns of emails and documents, and small business how-tos. Pip is not built for complex coding or large projects.
7. Can Pip give legal, tax, or medical advice?
No. Pip shares general information only. For decisions that matter, please ask a licensed professional.
8. Is Pip a real person?
No. Pip is an AI assistant, started and run by Jesus E. Lopez, owner. Because Pip is an AI, please double-check anything important.
9. What happens to my emails?
We keep your emails while you use Pip, never sell them, and erase them on request. Final files are kept 30 days after delivery, or 12 months with Keepsake Storage. Read the full privacy page.
10. How do I ask to have my information erased?
Email askpip.help@gmail.com and ask us to erase your information.
11. Can Pip make a flyer, logo, website, or business name check?
Yes. Email what you need and Pip sends a quote, then a free watermarked preview. One round of changes is included. When you reply APPROVED, you get a payment link, and the final files arrive after payment. A business name check is an AI first pass through the federal trademark database, not legal advice and not a substitute for an attorney. Pip is not a law firm. See how it works on the Pip page.
12. What if something is wrong with my order?
Approved work is final. If we make a mistake, such as a final file that differs from the approved preview or won't open, we fix it free, and refund you if it can't be fixed. Please tell us within 7 days of delivery.
13. Who owns the copyright on a logo?
Logos are AI-assisted starter designs. Copyright protects only the parts a human authored, not purely AI-generated material, so we can't promise copyright in the artwork. If you need to own the copyright to a logo, please don't use this service. A logo or name can still work as a trademark if it is distinctive and used in business, but designs aren't checked against other marks unless you buy a business name check.
14. How fast does Pip answer?
Pip doesn't promise a response time, so please don't use it for anything urgent.
